Once a waystone is activated and named, it becomes part of your personal network of points of interest. You can then teleport to any other discovered waystone without using experience points or items—making travel fast, free, and seamless.

However, to maintain game balance, there is a cooldown period after each teleport. This means you’ll need to wait a short time before jumping to another location again. Importantly, this cooldown only applies to the player who used the teleport—other players can still use the same waystone without delay.
